When we say Coach, most people would think of a sports coach! A basketball coach or a football coach!

A Coach is a carriage that takes a passenger (Coachee) on a journey.

The destination of this journey is chosen by the Coachee. It could be a short or a long journey, it all depends on when the Coachee reaches their desired destination.

This journey is called Coaching.

An Executive Coach is the Coachman who drives the Coach in partnership with the Coachee to reach that place.
